University Transfer Norms

At Swaminarayan University, we strictly adhere to the UGC National Credit Transfer Framework to ensure a smooth and transparent transfer process for students. Transfers are accepted only from UGC-recognized or AIU member universities with equivalent courses. Students must submit their transfer request within 10 days of admission along with relevant documents and fees. We allow transfer of up to 25% of the total program credits, subject to minimum grade criteria, and each case is thoroughly reviewed by our academic committee for equivalence and quality assurance.
