Eligibility Cretieria.
To be eligible for C2D (Certificate to Diploma) lateral entry in Gujarat a candidate must have passed the SSC (10th Std) with Mathematics Science and English. Additionally they must have completed a two-year certificate course approved by NCVT GCVT TEB or IGTR. Candidates who passed 8th grade and a two-year certificate course are also eligible if they subsequently cleared the 10th standard through the Gujarat Board or NIOS. Generally the applicant must have studied in a school located within Gujarat though children of Gujarat-origin parents from Daman Diu or Dadra and Nagar Haveli are also considered. Admission is conducted by ACPDC and is strictly based on the merit marks of the qualifying certificate exam.

Eligibility Cretieria.
To be eligible for D2D (Diploma to Degree) lateral entry in Gujarat a candidate must have passed a Diploma in Engineering from a recognized board (such as GTU or TEB) with a minimum aggregate of 45% for General category and 40% for Reserved categories. Admission is strictly based on the merit rank derived from the mandatory Diploma to Degree Common Entrance Test (DDCET) which is the primary factor for ranking rather than diploma percentages alone. Most seats are reserved for students who completed their diploma within Gujarat though a small percentage (typically 5%) is often available for outside-state candidates in certain institutions. The Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC) manages the centralized online process which includes registration document verification and choice filling based on DDCET results

To be eligible for D2D Pharmacy (Lateral Entry) in Gujarat a candidate must have passed a Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) from a Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) approved institution with a minimum aggregate score of 45% for General category and 40% for Reserved categories. Admission is strictly based on the merit rank obtained in the mandatory Diploma to Degree Common Entrance Test (DDCET) for the 2026-27 academic session DDCET registration is scheduled from February 9 to March 30 2026. The centralized process is managed by the Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC) and while most seats are reserved for students from Gujarat 5% of seats in government institutions are available to candidates who completed their diploma outside the state.
