For securing admission to an MBA seat, students must register themselves with ACPC and obtain a merit rank assigned by ACPC.
For admission under the state quota, students must apply to ACPC and follow the procedure laid down by the ACPC. Students are advised to refer to the following websites for updates on registration dates, choice filling, and counselling schedules:
Once a student secures admission to an MBA course through ACPC, they must report to the Admission Cell at Swaminarayan University within four working days and confirm their seat by paying the remaining institute fees.
Swaminarayan University conducts the admission process for management quota seats in a fair, transparent, and non-exploitative manner, strictly based on merit. Admission dates for the sale and submission of application forms are advertised in leading newspapers and on the university's website, following the guidelines of ACPC.
Once applications are received within the prescribed timeframe, a merit list is prepared based on the merit rank assigned by ACPC. This merit list is displayed on the institute’s notice board and the university’s website.
Counselling sessions for admission to various MBA specializations are conducted on pre-declared dates, as announced in advertisements. Admission is offered until all sanctioned seats are filled. Once admission is granted, students must pay the institute fees within four working days to confirm their seat. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of admission, and the seat will be allotted to the next student on the merit list.
Students must submit the following self-attested documents during the admission process:
a) Xerox copy of Graduation Certificate/PDC
b) Xerox copy of CAT/MAT/XMAT scorecard
c) Allotment letter from ACPC (if admission is through ACPC)
d) Xerox copy of School Leaving Certificate
e) Xerox copy of Aadhar Card
f) Two passport-size photographs
If any seats remain vacant after the completion of the ACPC admission process, the institution is authorized to fill them as vacant quota seats. Swaminarayan University offers admission to vacant quota seats based on merit, advertising the availability of these seats in newspapers and on the university’s website, following the same procedure as management quota admissions.
